One Account Policy. Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) jl49 account. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") for the purpose of obtaining multiple bonuses, circumventing limits, or any other reason is strictly prohibited. jl49 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances without notice.

Account Suspension and Termination. jl49 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to accounts found to be in violation of these Terms, accounts suspected of fraudulent activity, or accounts associated with money laundering or other illegal conduct. In cases of confirmed fraud, balances may be forfeited.
Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive (no login or transaction) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. jl49 may impose an administrative fee on dormant accounts or close them following notice to the registered email address.
Accepted Payment Methods. jl49 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available methods may change and jl49 does not guarantee the perpetual availability of any specific payment channel.
Currency. All transactions on jl49 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jl49 does not accept foreign currency deposits. Any currency conversion that occurs at the payment provider level is the responsibility of the player and jl49 bears no responsibility for conversion rates or associated fees.
Deposit Limits. Minimum deposit amounts are set per payment method and displayed in the cashier section of your jl49 account. jl49 may impose maximum deposit limits on individual accounts at its discretion, particularly where responsible gaming concerns have been identified.
Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business hours for GCash and PayMaya, and within 1 business day for bank transfers. jl49's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their jl49 account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.
jl49 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes not resolved informally through jl49's customer support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Manila, Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim.
